Product usage:
This product is high temperature type bonding agent,with higher bonding strength to metal substrate,it is used for bonding and repairing of workpiece under the temperature of 500 deg C high temperature working condition,
it is also used to prepare protective coatings on metal equipment surface with flue gas corrosion.
Performance features:
1. It can be curing at room temperature or by heating
2. The highest temperature resistant can reach to 500¡æ,it can work below 450¡æ for a long time.

Note: the curing conditions of samples (sample blocks) used in all the test data in this note are: 25¡æ 24h + 80¡æ 4h + 120¡æ 2h + 180¡æ 2h.
How to use:
1. Surface treatment: clear up the pending-repair parts,expose the fresh substrate,do the roughing treatment for the fresh substrate,the surface after treatment should be a clean,dry, rough and fresh surface.
2.The preparation and mixing: accurately weigh out the right amount of A and B components according to the mixing weight ratio A:B = 1.5: 1 to 2:1,and stir them thoroughly to mix them evenly,The mixed prepared materials
should be used up within the specified operating time limit (the material after becoming sticky and hard can’t be used again).
3.Coating: make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the pending paste surface,close the bonding surface and press it compacted before the material becoming sticky and hard.
3. Curing: after the completion of the construction, it is generally required to be placed for 7 days until the coating is completely cured before it can be put into use,in case of site construction and tight construction period,the curing
method of three-stage heating can be adopted for curing: 1. Place it at room temperature for 2 hours; 2.Heat it up to 80¡æ,and keep this temperature for 2 hours; 3.Heat it up to 150¡æ,and keep this temperature for 2 hours; then it can be put into use.
Special version:
1.The product parameter is obtained for laboratory testing,only for reference,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition.
2.The above usage method is only a general guiding scheme. Please determine the appropriate construction scheme according to the actual conditions on site before the formal construction
3.When the environment temperature is below 25¡æ,the curing time will prolong,if you want to expedite the curing speed, should take proper heating measure.
Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,
then wash it with clear water.Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.
Warm Prompt:
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when burning,non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or
garbage burning place treatment.
Transportation storage
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Keep away from dangerous sources during storage and transportation.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product
during transportation.
